Mancora is Peru’s premier spot for beautiful beaches that stretches for several miles in the sunniest region of the country. Known for its turquoise water and world-class waves, this is home to some of the world's best surfing. 

Northern Peru is all about seafood. There are a variety of great little restaurants in Mancora proper.

This is a place where you will want to carve out 3 or 4 days to relax at one of the beachside resorts.



Located on the North Coast of Peru, Mancora was a small fishing village. In the last few years, it has turned mostly into a beach-town.

Mancora is known for being a popular spot for Peruvians to go and relax.



Besides, restaurants and nice shops, there are several artisan markets that sell typical Peruvian art and craft. In the center of the town there are various bars and nightclubs attract younger crowd. From surfers to Peru’s young elites and celebrities, Mancora has a mix of visitors. 

There are lots of restaurants and most of them serve fresh seafood. Fresh ceviche is popular in Mancora. 



Mancora has beautiful sunshine throughout the year and it’s a fantastic surfing destination. Winter in Peru is from July to September, and is the coldest time of the year in Mancora with temperatures dropping into the mid-60s (F).
